From 2010 to 2021 he was one of the main partners in HFFV.

He began working as a Solicitor and then as a lawyer at Flores & Garderes, from 1999 to 2010; and as a partner in HFFV, from 2010 to 2021.
He attended multiple congresses, courses and conferences in the labor area.
He advises some of the main undertakings in Uruguay in sectors such as logistics, renewable energy, agriculture, forestry, the fishing industry, and free zones.
Main areas of practice: labor law (individual and collective), negotiation and drafting of contracts (commercial and labor), contractual and non-contractual civil liability, conflict prevention, negotiation, etc.
